Minimum Transaction Value

Smart Chargers Online Web Store has a minimum transaction value of $40 for goods excluding freight. All orders must exceed this value to be processed.

Refund Policy

We are not obligated to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase, so please choose carefully.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 7 days after delivery, please contact us to discuss your concerns. 

We may, at our discretion and only if the goods are in perfect saleable condition, either exchange your purchase or accept your purchase back, whereby a credit will be issued for use against future purchases. A restocking fee may apply, freight and other associated costs of all product exchanges or returns will be met by the customer.

Goods specially ordered in are non-returnable.

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Damaged goods

If goods arrive damaged, immediately notify the carrier. If possible sign for the item/s as damaged in the presence of the carrier. If you were not present at the time of delivery please advise the delivery company as soon as possible and keep a record of this.
